Facial trauma

The goal of facial treatment is the repositioning and fixation of the fragmented bones, and the correction of the soft tissue.  When primary treatment is differred, correction of unfavourable scars and refracturing-fixation of fractured bones  should be done to recover the original  appearance.
Orbital trauma  needs to be grafted, in some cases, to correct enophtalmos.
